Dear ISM Community Members,
It is my unfortunate duty to notify you that one part of our anniversary celebration plan has been cancelled. The Dinner Dance scheduled for this Friday evening in Arusha will not take place as it did not get the necessary response from our community to allow us to go forward with the event. Please read further to find out what to do if you have already purchased tickets and what other options are still available to celebrate our 40th anniversary.
IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED TICKETS TO THE DINNER DANCE
If this is your situation you have two options. One option is to present your tickets at the school office most convenient for you and get a complete refund. The second option is to convert your dinner tickets into raffle tickets. You would redeem one dinner ticket for five raffle tickets. This option still offers you an opportunity to support the scholarship program and possibly win some fantastic prizes. If this is your preference you can do this at either of our offices.
OTHER OPPORTUNITIES TO CELEBRATE
We will be holding a Birthday Assembly at both campuses on Friday to recognize our 40 years of operation. Please check with your nearest campus for details. Additionally, we will be having a Sports Weekend on Saturday and Sunday the Moshi Campus for students from both campuses which will also include events for parents, alumni and staff. We hope you can join us.
The raffle drawing which was originally scheduled to take place at the Dinner Dance will now take place at lunch on Saturday during the Sports Weekend.
